These are the terms and conditions of use of RBXSTOCK.CC service ("Terms of Service") and compliance between the user ("you") and RBXStock.

This site and service is held and operated by the RBXStock network and provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. When you visit, utilize, or otherwise access RBXSTOCK.CC, you affirmatively accept the following terms and conditions.

Continued use of this site constitutes the affirmative agreement to these terms and conditions. RBXSTOCK reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the RBXSTOCK sites and services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the RBXSTOCK sites and services.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing these, and any additional, terms and conditions. Your continued use of the RBXSTOCK sites and services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

2. Definitions

Henceforth, the term "buyer" will be used to describe the customer or client purchasing virtual currency (Robux), the term "seller" or "vendor" will be used to define a user selling their Robux on our marketplace, and "RBXSTOCK" will be used to define the marketplace and marketplace staff as a whole.

The user is responsible for the payment of any fees, taxes, or other costs that are associated with the conduction of transactions via the payment method. Users also adhere to the applicable duties and taxes imposed by your local authorities and government. Respective charges shall be indicated on the respective payment page of the determined payment method. RBXSTOCK will provide the list of available payment methods that will be indicated on the RBXSTOCK.CC website and applications.

3. Payments

Upon successful purchase, the seller is obligated to provide the Robux paid for by the buyer through the gamepass system. Any infringement on this transaction either on the seller or technical end will result in a refund for the buyer and possible moderation against the seller, particularly if the infringement is caused with malicious intent. The marketplace is obligated to provide the seller with the correct account balance if the transaction is completed successfully.

All payments are processed through secure cryptocurrency payment processors. Once a deposit is confirmed on the blockchain, funds will be credited to your account balance.

4. Price Limits and Rates

The sale of virtual currency (Robux) is subject to whatever rate RBXSTOCK or its sellers determine at any given time. Prices may fluctuate based on market conditions. Buyers agree to purchase at the listed rate at the time of transaction.

5. Resolution of Dispute

Any dispute between a seller and a buyer is liable to be brought up to our Support team. This can be done by reaching us on Discord (discord.gg/XgCYtfMSmq) or by email at [email protected]. RBXSTOCK does not take responsibility for any actions once the transaction has been completed; only the actual transaction on-site can be deemed as RBXSTOCK's responsibility.

6. Seller/Vendor Liability

Sellers are responsible for making sure their in-game Roblox account is ready and able to complete transactions. Any fault or infringement on a paid transaction can result in moderation and funds in the seller's account being voided, as well as freezing the account permanently.

Sellers agree to:

• Maintain valid and accessible Roblox accounts
• Provide accurate information about their listings
• Fulfill orders promptly and completely
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are performed in cryptocurrency.

• Seller agrees that RBXSTOCK may charge any withdrawal fee and change it at any time.
• Seller agrees that payments may be delayed for up to 72 hours for security verification.
• Buyer agrees that once funds are deposited, they can only be withdrawn through internal purchases or in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Electronic Communications

If you browse RBXSTOCK's websites or send communications to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You hereby agree to receive communications from us electronically, by email and/or by posting notices on the site. You agree that all terms, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such other communications be in writing.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

RBXSTOCK and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you have reason to believe that your work, or derivatives of your work, have been reproduced on this site in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please contact our support department about resolving any issues that may be present.

10. Your Account

By registering and managing an account on RBXSTOCK, you agree to take charge of maintaining the confidentiality of your account and associated information, including restricting access to the device used to access RBXSTOCK.CC, and you agree to accept complete responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

If you are under the age of thirteen (13), you may not use the website, as you are not old enough to use the payment processor. RBXSTOCK and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove and/or edit content, and cancel transactions in their sole discretion.

11. Grounds for Termination/Refusal of Service

Users and sellers alike may be immediately terminated for violating any aspect of these terms. Some common reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

• Fraud of ANY kind (via payment processor or RBXSTOCK), as determined by RBXSTOCK staff/systems
• Selling stolen, compromised, or illegitimately obtained Robux
• Seller's failure to maintain proper account security
• Failure to cooperate with support staff in the event of a dispute
• Providing false or inaccurate information of any kind
• Mentioning or linking to this site where it is not allowed to be mentioned, such as third-party websites with such services restricted
• DDoS attacks or any attempt to disrupt service
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Baselessly claiming or spreading false information that RBXSTOCK is a fraudulent site or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Any other breach of these Terms of Service

If fraudulent activity is detected, your account will be frozen without refund of any funds.

Any user who is found to be, admits to, or is known to be involved with fraudulently obtained Robux or similar fraudulent situations will have their account and funds frozen immediately. We do not welcome such individuals on our platform, and such actions will result in permanent account termination without any possibility of refund or appeal, as well as removal from all relevant community platforms, including but not limited to Telegram channels and Discord servers.

Baselessly claiming or spreading false information that RBXSTOCK is fraudulent or engaging in fraudulent activities may result in immediate account termination and removal from all relevant community platforms, including but not limited to Telegram channels and Discord servers. We take false accusations seriously and will take appropriate action to protect our platform's reputation and integrity.

12. Site and Services

RBXSTOCK provides links and pointers to internet sites for reference. Neither RBXSTOCK, its parent or supplementary companies, nor their affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products, or services on these third-party sites.

The content on this site and the third-party sites are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to the applicable law, RBXSTOCK denies all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.

Regarding all virtual goods and services, RBXSTOCK is only providing a service for communication and automation between buyers and sellers. NO GOODS AND/OR PROPERTY ARE BEING SOLD TO THE BUYER BY RBXSTOCK. All transactions are peer-to-peer between users.

13. User Content and Communications

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam".

You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content. RBXSTOCK keeps the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

14. Product Descriptions

RBXSTOCK and its affiliates try to be as accurate as possible in describing products and services. However, RBXSTOCK does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. When a product offered by RBXSTOCK itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact support for further assistance.

Any and all relationships between RBXSTOCK products and third-party and/or external products are purely coincidental. RBXSTOCK does not directly sell or stock third-party products or services.

15. AML Policy (Anti-Money Laundering)

As required by applicable laws, rules, and ethical standards, there are scenarios where we may request users to verify their personal information. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required due to anti-money laundering regulations, particularly regarding the volume or monetary value of your transactions.

If information is needed from you regarding KYC or AML policy, you will be contacted by site administrators for more information. RBXSTOCK is purely a marketplace for virtual currency, and zero money-laundering is tolerated. Any suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities.

All KYC data submitted will be subject to deletion after a period of five years or upon legitimate request, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RBXSTOCK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RBXSTOCK and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

19. Entire Agreement
